Getting here

By vehicle:

Most routes approach us via Regent Street. If driving along Regent Street going towards the city, simply turn left at Hope Road (at the Squirrel Storage sign), you cannot take the first right onto our street, Mabgate Green, because it is one way. So take the second right onto Mabgate, right again onto Bell Street then a final right onto Mabgate Green. You can park in the loading areas for short periods of time, or we can let the bollards down for you for free off-street parking.

If you’re on Regent Street travelling away from the city centre, we recommend following the road to the roundabout at Aldi, to make a u-turn and come back along Regent Street, then follow the instructions above.

By cycle:

You may find apps such as CycleStreets helpful to plan your route. As with vehicles, most routes approach us via Regent Street. If you’re approaching by bike from the city centre, at the Eastgate Roundabout take the Regent Street exit onto the segregated cycle path, going past the Jobcentre, cross over at the pedestrian crossing soon after, then bear left to cross another lane and go under the York Road bridge. You will join onto a short section of cycle lane, cross over again gets you onto Mabgate. Then take the first left (Bell Street) then right onto Mabgate Green.

If you’re on Regent Street going towards the city centre, simply turn left at Hope Road, Mabgate Green will be the first right, it’s one-way so you can just walk your bike along the road for 30 seconds until you reach our door.

On foot:

We’re about a 5-10 minute walk from Leeds Bus Station or the West Yorkshire Playhouse at the bottom of Eastgate.

By rail:

Leeds Station is a 10 minute cycle away – allow more time if you’re not sure of the way 🙂
