At Leeds Bike Mill we love to see all ages out enjoying themselves on bikes. We could go on all day about how great it is for children and adults alike to experience the fun and freedom of being on two wheels.
That’s why we’ve launched a new family bike mechanics course. We want to invite parents and children (age 8 and upwards) to learn together, and gain the skills to keep the whole family’s bikes on the road.
During the course, you will work on your child’s bike – performing basic adjustments under the supervision of a qualified mechanic. If you are interested but do not currently have a bike please email us to enquire about the children’s bikes we currently have in stock.
We are running our next courses during the May half term, with morning and afternoon options on the Tuesday and Wednesday. You can now book your free place by following the link below.
Accessibility: Our usual teaching space and the toilets are on the first floor, accessed by one flight of stairs with a handrail. However there is the option of booking a ground floor teaching space – please email before booking if this is required.
Thanks to funding from the People’s Postcode Lottery we are able to offer the first round of these courses for free!
